Baljit Kumar is the Dental Practice Manager at RESTORE Dental Specialist and Referral Implant Centre, bringing over 15 years of experience in people management and organisational leadership across a range of sectors including healthcare support services, housing, law-related organisations and community services.
Baljit holds a BSc (Hons) in Management and has built a strong reputation for leading teams, developing effective systems, and creating calm, well-organised and welcoming environments for both professionals and patients. While new to dentistry, he brings a wealth of transferable skills that are essential within a specialist referral setting, including patient-focused service delivery, governance, communication and operational oversight.
He is known for his excellent interpersonal skills and approachable manner. Alongside his professional career, Baljit leads a large community group of over 700 members, supporting families, patients and children – further reflecting his ability to manage complex needs with empathy, structure and professionalism.
At RESTORE Dental Specialist and Referral Implant Centre, Baljit works closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure that every aspect of the patient journey is managed efficiently and thoughtfully, from initial contact through to treatment completion. His role is central to maintaining the high standards, reassurance and attention to detail expected of a specialist referral practice.
