Macy Minogue
Receptionist
Macy Minogue is a valued member of the Reception Team at RESTORE Dental Specialist, General Dental Practice and Referral Implant Centre. She joined RESTORE in 2024 and works predominantly supporting our specialist dental clinics at weekends, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house services.
With a background in customer-facing retail roles, Macy brings excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, welcoming manner to the practice. Although not clinically trained, she has an exceptional ability to put patients at ease, guiding them confidently through their appointments and ensuring the patient pathway is organised seamlessly and efficiently.
Macy is known for her beaming smile, calm professionalism and non-chalant efficiency, even in busy specialist clinic settings. She works closely with clinicians and the wider team, making her a reliable and valuable team player who contributes positively to both patient experience and clinic flow.
Alongside her role at RESTORE, Macy is currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Acting at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Outside of work and studies, she enjoys travelling and spending her free time on days out with her partner Dan and their dog, April.
